This paper studies the feasibility and development prospect of creating a new interconnected general student community operation platform, and puts forward the construction scheme of the interconnected community operation platform system, including the overall system planning, technology selection and platform construction measures of mobile terminal and Web terminal. The practice results show that the college student association operation platform constructed by this scheme can basically meet the needs of efficient management and operation of college student associations.
