基于51单片机的测温电路设计 2019届电气工程及其自动化专业毕业设计（论文） PAGE 17 基于51单片机的测温电路设计 摘 要 在传统温度测量系统的设计中，常采用模拟技术进行设计，不可避免地会遇到引线误差补偿、多点测量中的开关误差、信号调节电路中的误差以及一个环节处理不当等问题，其中：一个链路的不当处理可能会导致整个系统的性能下降。本文将介绍一种基于AT89C51单片机控制，以DS18B20为测温传感器的数字温度计，它将使用LCD1602液晶显示实现温度显示。这种温度计属于多功能温度计。具有读数方便、温度测量范围广、温度测量准确、数字显示、应用范围广等特点，可以手动设置上下报警温度的零界值，当测量温度显示不在设置范围内时，可以报警蜂鸣。本课题设计的数字温度计选用DS18B20数字温度传感器，可测温度范围为-55～~+125?℃，它与单片机组成一个测温系统，具有电路简单、体积小的特点。此外，总线还可以连接多个设备，形成一个低电压、低功耗的多点数字温度测量系统。它非常方便，适用于恶劣环境下的现场温度测量。具有广阔的应用前景。 关键词：单片机；数字控制；温度控制；DS18B20  Design of temperature control system based on single chip microcomputer Abstract In the design of traditional temperature measurement system, analog technology is often used to design, which inevitably encounters such problems as lead error compensation, switch error in multi-point measurement, error in signal regulating circuit and improper handling of one link. Among them, improper handling of one link may lead to the nature of the whole system. It can go down. This paper will introduce a digital thermometer based on AT89C51 single chip computer and DS18B20 as temperature sensor. It will use LCD1602 liquid crystal display to realize temperature display. This thermometer belongs to multifunctional thermometer. It has the characteristics of easy reading, wide range of temperature measurement, accurate temperature measurement, digital display and wide application. It can set the zero limit of alarm temperature manually. When the temperature measurement display is not in the range of setting, it can alarm buzzing. DS18B20 digital temperature sensor is selected as the digital thermometer designed in this paper. The temperature range can be measured from - 55 to ~+125 C. It is composed of a temperature measuring system with a single chip computer. It has the characteristics of simple circuit and small volume.
