PAGE PAGE III BIM技术在工程项目进度管理中的应用研究 摘 要 工程项目施工进度管理是项目管理中的一项关键内容，旨在确保进度目标的实现。在那些工程量较大、难度较高的建设项目的施工阶段，由于传统的管理技术和管理软件存在不足，会导致施工进度在实际管理过程中与进度计划出现偏差，从而导致在施工过程中出现返工或工期增加等一系列问题的产生。随着BIM技术在国外发达国家工程建设中的广泛应用，我国也开始了BIM技术的应用。BIM在信息管理上的优越性，可以使工程项目提高施工进度管理效率，也使项目管理工作更加的科学严谨，能在实际工程中创造更大的经济效益和社会效益，本文基于此，本文在总结和阐述项目进度管理理论及方法的基础上，着眼于项目管理视角，并根据深圳地铁七号线项目进度管理现状、问题和施工具体情况，重点对影响项目进度的因素进行分析，提出项目进度管理相关方法和建议。 关键词：BIM技术 进度管理 深圳地铁七号线  Abstract Project construction schedule management is a key part of project management, aiming at ensuring the achievement of progress objectives. In the construction stage of those construction projects with large quantities and high difficulty, due to the shortcomings of traditional management technology and management software, the construction progress will deviate from the schedule plan in the actual management process, resulting in a series of problems such as rework or increase of construction period in the construction process. With the wide application of BIM technology in engineering construction in developed countries abroad, China has also begun the application of BIM technology. The superiority of BIM in information management can improve the efficiency of construction schedule management, make project management more scientific and rigorous, and create greater economic and social benefits in practical projects. Based on this, this paper summarizes and expounds the theory and method of project schedule management, and focuses on the perspective of project management, and according to Shenzhen Metro 7. The current situation, problems and specific construction conditions of the project schedule management of Line No. 1 are analyzed, and the relevant methods and suggestions of the project schedule management are put forward.
