The corresponding management measures are put forward from the aspects of improv- ing the reward and punishment mechanism, making schedule plans, strengthening the control of labor and materials, ensuring capital investment, rationally arranging construction procedures, and identifying potential risks in advance, which is of great help to strengthen the control of con- struction schedule and shorten the construction period.
