中文摘要 PAGE PAGE 4 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 村民自治制度起源于二十世纪八十年代，是一项伟大的中国特色社会主义实践。村民自治作为我国的一项基本政治制度，是乡村治理体系的重要根基，同时也是我国乡村振兴战略的重要环节。 党的十九大以来，党和国家开始更加重视乡村的治理与发展，多次强调乡村振兴战略。随着我国乡村建设的推进，乡村治理结构也发生了变化，对于现阶段的村民自治模式也提出了新的要求。因此，研究村民自治模式的创新具有十分重要的意义。 本文通过阅读文献与实地考察相结合的方法，梳理现阶段我国村民自治的现状，结合毯子村的具体情况提出本文论题。通过分析毯子村村民自治模式中的不足与问题，并提出相对应的改进对策，探寻适合毯子村的农村村民自治新模式，进而为我国低发展水平类农村发展提供创新性建议，丰富基层范例。 关键词：村民自治模式；乡村振兴；乡村治理；乡村建设 英文摘要 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE 2 Abstract The system of villager autonomy originated in the 1980s and is a great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As a basic political system in China, villager autonomy is an important foundation of rural governance system and an important link of rural revitalization strategy in China. Since the 19th CPC National Congress, the Party and the state have paid more attention to rural governance and development, and repeatedly emphasized the rural revitalization strategy. With the advancement of rural construction in China, the rural governance structure has changed, and new requirements have been put forward for the model of villager autonomy at the present stage. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the innovation of villagers self-government mode. By combining literature reading and field investigation, this paper sorts out the present situation of villager autonomy in China and puts forward the thesis based on the specific situation of Blanket Village. By analyzing the shortcomings and problems in the model of villager autonomy in Blanket Village, and putting forward corresponding improvement countermeasures, the paper explores a new model of villager autonomy suitable for Blanket village, and then provides innovative suggestions for the development of low-level rural areas in China, and enrichis grass-roots examples.
