北京工业大学毕业设计（论文） 摘要 国际资本流动是一把“双刃剑”，其在促进经济增长的同时也会带来巨大风险。因此，客观分析资本流动潜藏的巨大风险并采取相应措施防范和化解风险，无疑对保持经济的持续、健康发展具有重要意义。这对于正在走向资本帐户开放的中国而言，其意义尤为重要。基于此，本文在借鉴国内外已有研究成果的基础上，从资本流动的宏观经济环境、对外经济环境、资本流动规模和资本流动结构四个层面构建了资本流动风险评价的指标体系；通过风险指标体系的构建对哈萨克斯坦2007-2017年间的国际资本流动风险状况进行了分析评价，并从金融等方面提出了有效的政策建议。 关键词：资本流动风险，BP神经网络，风险评价，风险防范 Abstract International capital flow is a double-edged sword, which will bring huge risks while promoting economic growth. Therefore, it is of great significance for maintaining the sustained and healthy development of the economy to analyze the huge risks hidden in the capital flow and take appropriate measures to prevent and resolve the risks. This is especially important for China, which is moving towards capital account liberalization. Based on this, on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper constructs the index system of the risk assessment of capital flow from four aspects of the macro economic environment, the external economic environment, the scale of capital flow and the capital flow structure, and the construction of the risk index system for 2007-2017 years in Kazakhstan. The international capital flow risk situation is analyzed and evaluated, and effective policy recommendations are put forward from the financial aspect.
