基于循环经济减量化原则的过度包装征税研究——以白酒行业为例的中期报告 摘要： 随着人们环保意识的不断提高，减少过度包装的需求越来越强烈。本研究以白酒行业为案例，基于循环经济减量化原则，探讨了征收过度包装税对企业生产、消费和环境的影响。通过文献资料、调查问卷及实地走访等多种研究方法，得出以下结论：一、白酒行业过度包装严重，需要采取减量化措施。二、征收过度包装税可以促进企业共同减少过度包装，同时减少环境污染和资源浪费。三、过度包装税应该实行分级征收，更好地实现减量化的目标。最后，根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议和未来研究方向。 关键词：循环经济；减量化；过度包装；税收；白酒行业 Abstract： With the increasingly awareness of environmental protection, the demand for reducing excessive packaging is becoming stronger. This research takes the liquor industry as a case study, based on the principle of circular economy and reduction, and explores the impact of levying excessive packaging tax on enterprise production, consumption, and environment. Through various research methods such as literature, survey questionnaires, and field visits, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The liquor industry has serious excessive packaging and needs to take reduction measures. 2. Levying excessive packaging tax can promote enterprises to jointly reduce excessive packaging while reducing environmental pollution and waste of resources. 3. The excessive packaging tax should be levied in a hierarchical manner to better achieve the goal of reduction.
