expecttheirbusinesstoimproveoverthe

nextthreeyears,while25%ofrespondents

anticipatetheirbusinesstoimprovesignificantly.

theirwarehousespaceinthenextthreeyears.

·Whenaskedtoidentifythemostimportant

buildingtechnologiesandservicesneededto

accelerategreentransformation,respondentsnamedrooftopsolarpower(45%)andelectionvehiclechargingstations(44%)aspriorities.

·Althoughmorethan90%ofrespondents

indicatedaninterestingreenwarehouse

certification,mostoccupiersarestilloccupyingolderandrelativelyenvironmentallyunfriendly

buildings.Only11%ofrespondentssaidthat

mostoftheirbuildingshadgreencertification.
