摘要：2018年美国肝病学会(AASLD)更新了慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)临床诊治指南，形成了新的指导意见(guidance)，

并发表在AASLD官方杂志Hepatology上。2018AASLD的CHBguidance主要在CHB预防、诊断以及治疗，特别是

特殊人群治疗方面进行了更新。文章结合美国肝病学会前主席AnnaSLOK教授在2018亚太肝病年会大会的报告，

重点对指导意见中更新的新的诊断名词、证据与推荐及特殊人群临床治疗意见进行解读。

LiverDiseases2018andemergednewguidance.ItwaspublishedonHepatology,anofficialjournalofAASLDrecently.ThisAASLD

2018hepatitisBguidanceisintendedtocomplementandupdatetheprevioushepatitisBvirus(HBV)guidelines.Thisarticleidentifies

preferredapproachestothediagnostic,therapeutic,andpreventiveaspectsofcareforpatientswithCHB,especiallyonscreening,

preventionandtreatmentofhepatitisBinspecialpopulations,includingpersonswithviralcoinfections,acutehepatitisB,recipientsof

immunosuppressivetherapy,andtransplantrecipients,basedonthereportofprofessorAnnaSLOKA,aformerchairmanofAASLD,on

2018APASL.
