AbstractObjective：Toconstructsmokingcessationmanagementprogramforlungcancerpatientsfromtheperspectiveofcognitivebehavior

theory，andtoprovidereferencesforsmokingcessationmanagementoflungcancerpatients.Methods：Thefirstdraftofthesmoking

cessationmanagementplanforlungcancerpatientswasdraftedbyliteratureresearchmethod.Tworoundsofexpertletterconsultationwith15

expertswerecarriedoutwiththeDelphimethodandthefinaldraftofthesmokingcessationmanagementplanforlungcancerpatientswas

revisedaccordingtoexpertopinions.Results：Thepositivecoefficientsofthetworoundsofexpertconsultationwereboth100%，andthe

Kendallcoefficientswere0.51and0.62，respectively（P0.001）.Inthesecondroundofexpertconsultation，theexpertjudgmentbasis，

expertfamiliarityandthevaluesofexpertauthoritycoefficientsare0.880，0.913and0.896.Thefinalsmokingcessationmanagementprogram

forlungcancerpatientsincluded5first-levelindicators，17second-levelindicators，and31third⁃levelindicators.Conclusion：Thesmoking

cessationmanagementplanoflungcancerpatientsconstructedfromtheperspectiveofcognitivebehaviortheoryisscientificandfeasible，

whichcanprovidereferenceforsmokingcessationmanagementoflungcancerpatients.
