注：申报内容中4、5项不是每处房屋剖断都须要，应视实际产生而定。

Note:Item4or5listedaboveisnotrequiredinallbuildingappraisalsandshouldbeprovidedonacase-by-casebasis.

注 意 事 项

1、剖断结论根据《危险房屋剖断标准》(JGJ125—99）、《建筑抗震剖断标准》（GB50023

—95）和有关技巧规范提出。

2、项目负责人、审核人、赞成人三级签字均应相符《北京市房屋安然剖断工作治理办法》的请求，签发机构应填写剖断机构的全称，并加盖公章方为有效。

3、剖断结论为安然应用的，房屋安然剖断申报自签发之日起一年内有效，当剖断为危险房屋或局部危险房屋时，请按解危时限及时处理。

4、一般情况本申报仅对考验时的房屋近况负责。

5、本申报结论有贰言时，请于剖断申报签发之日起十五日内持本剖断申报向北京市房屋剖断治理所书面申请复核剖断。

1、TheconclusionofthisappraisalreportisprovidedonthebasisoftheStandardofDangerousBuildingAppraisal(JGJ125-99)、StandardforSeismicAppraiserofBuildings(GB50023-95),aswellasotherrelevanttechnicalcodes.

2、Thisreportmustbedulysignedbythethreelevelsofauthority.Includingthe

ProjectManager、theAppraiserandtheApprover.incompliancewiththerequirementsoftheAdministrativeMeasuresontheManagementofBuildingSafety

AppraisalinBeijing.Theissuingagencyshallpresentitsnameinfullandattachanofficialstamptoitsnameinordertomakethisreporteffective.

3、Iftheconclusionoftheappraisalis“safeforuse”,theBuildingSafetyAppraisal

Reportwillremainvalidforaperiodofoneyearcommencingfromtheissuing

date;ifthebuildinghasbeenappraisedtobe“dangerous”or“partiallydangerous”,suchbuildingmustbetreatedwithinthetimeframesetforthetreatmentof“d
