摘要

随着电子商务在我国的蓬勃发展,越来越多的行业走上了电子商务之路。一些进入时间较早、本身又具有一定品牌知名度的电商公司,在经过几年的发展后,形成了线上品牌,有稳定的顾客群,公司整体已进入了良性循环的状态。然而,在众多的电商中,很多公司由于缺少电商营销的理论知识和实践经验,导致公司经营不善,由于公司规模较小且长期受到资金问题的压力一度有关张歇业的危险。

本文首先对电子商务和是市场营销策略的相关理论进行了阐述;运用PEST分析法对阿里巴巴公司的外部环境进行了分析;其次运用5P营销理论,对阿里巴巴公司营销策略进行了详尽分析;最后,针对公司存在的问题,提出了系统的改进措施以及建议。希望通过本文的分析和建议能为阿里巴巴公司走出困境、提高销量,从而实现新的跨越。

ABSTRACT

Withthevigorousdevelopmentofe-commerceinChina,moreandmoreindustrieshaveembarkedonthepathofe-commerce.Somee-commercecompaniesthathaveenteredearlierandalreadyhaveacertainbrandawarenesshaveformedonlinebrandsafterseveralyearsofdevelopment,withastablecustomerbase.Thecompanyasawholehasenteredavirtuouscycle.However,amongmanye-commercecompanies,thelackoftheoreticalknowledgeandpracticalexperienceine-commercemarketinghasledtopoorbusinessoperations.Duetothesmallsizeofthecompanyandlong-termpressurefromfinancialissues,therewasariskofshuttingdown.

Thisarticlefirstelaboratesontherelevanttheoriesofe-commerceandmarketingstrategies;ThePESTanalysismethodwasusedtoanalyzetheexternalenvironmentofAlibabaCompany;Secondly,adetailedanalysisofAlibabasmarketingstrategywasconductedusingthe5Pmarketingtheory;Finally,inresponsetotheproblemsexistinginthecompany,systematicimprovementmeasuresandsuggestionswereproposed.IhopethattheanalysisandsuggestionsinthisarticlecanhelpAlibabacompanyovercomedifficulties,increasesales,andachievenewbreakthroughs.
