“岗课赛证融通
高职
育人模式研究与实践
一以山东工业职业学院为例

【摘要】“岗课赛证融通”形成了结构化的“四位一体”的综合育人机制，成为职业教育新的育人
突破点和质量增长点。针对高职院校在岗课赛证融通方面存在的问题，构建“四位一体、四化协同”的
人才培养模式，通过岗课融通、课赛融通、课证融通三个维度，形成以育人为目标，以课程为核心，“岗
课赛证融通”的育人体系和育人成效。
