摘要

日益复杂的社会发展和我国新文科建设的稳步推进都需要高水平的复合型人才。高校作为人才培养的主阵地，应当承担起培育社会发展所需要人才的重任。因此，推动高等教育领域跨学科发展，促进学生跨学科学习，为社会培养复合型跨学科人才势在必行。

本研究选取河北师范大学文科类大学生作为研究对象，运用文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法，从跨学科学习心理、学习行为、学习支持以及学习效果四个维度，对当前大学生跨学科学习现状进行调查分析。

针对其中存在的问题，从学生、教师、学校三个层面提出改进的对策和建议。学生层面：增加跨学科学习行为投入；树立正确的学习动机，挖掘跨学科学习内在动力；充分利用线上线下各类学习资源。教师层面：鼓励教师开展团队教学，加强跨学科师资队伍建设；增强跨学科意识，提供跨学科学习帮助。学校层面：改革人才培养方案，加强双学位、辅修政策支持力度；合理统筹安排跨学科课程。

Abstract

TheincreasinglycomplexsocialdevelopmentandthesteadyprogressoftheconstructionofnewliberalartsinChinabothrequirehigh-levelcompositetalents.Asthemainpositionoftalenttraining,collegesanduniversitiesshouldtakeontheimportanttaskofcultivatingtalentsneededforsocialdevelopment.Therefore,itisimperativetopromotetheinterdisciplinarydevelopmentofhighereducation,encouragestudentsinterdisciplinarystudies,andcultivateinterdisciplinarytalentsforsociety.

Thisstudyanalyzesthecurrentsituationofinterdisciplinarystudentsfromtheaspectsofinterdisciplinarylearningpsychology,interdisciplinarylearningbehavior,interdisciplinarylearningsupportandinterdisciplinarylearningeffect,takingHebeiNormalUniversityliberalartsstudentsastheresearchobject.

Andputforwardthreelevelsofimprovementcountermeasuresandsuggestionsfromthestudents,teachers,schoolinviewoftheexistingproblems.Studentlevel:increaseinvestmentininterdisciplinarylearningbehaviour,establishproperlearningmotivation,exploreinternalmotivationofinterdisciplinarylearning,fullyusevariousonlineandofflinelearningresources.Teacherlevel:encourageteacherstocarryoutteamteaching,strengthentheconstructionofinterdisciplinaryteachers;enhanceinterdisciplinaryawareness,andprovideinterdisciplinarylearninghelp.Schoollevel:reformthetalenttrainingplan,strengthenthepolicysupportofdoubledegreeandminor;rationallyarrangeinterdisciplinarycourses.
