6.4烟气系统锅炉燃烧产生的高温烟气首先经高效汽冷式旋风分离器分离，烟气中大的颗粒飞灰被分离后返回炉膛，而烟气携带的飞灰小颗粒流经锅炉尾部受热面，进入管式空气预热器，再进入布电袋除尘器收尘后，由引风机送入脱硫系统，烟气经脱硫后进入烟囱排大气。引风机输送含尘且温度较高的烟气，工作条件较差。本工程锅炉本体系统阻力相比煤粉炉较大，炉后采用电袋除尘器，同时又考虑到尾部湿法脱硫的增压风机与引风机合并，风机的压升很高。因此本工程引风机选用2台50%容量的单吸双支撑离心式风机。为了增加引风机的调节性能，本工程引风机采用入口调节挡板及液力偶合器两种调节方式。6.4FluegassystemThehightemperaturefluegasproducedbyboilerisseparatedbyhighefficiencysteamcycloneseparatorfirstly，andthelargeparticlesoffluegasareseparatedandreturnedtothefurnace，Andtheflyashparticlesofthefluegascarriesthroughtheboilertailheatingsurface,passesintothetubeairpreheater，thenenterstheclothbagdustcollector，andissenttodesulfurizationsystembyfan,andthefluegasentersthechimneyairafterdesulfurization。Theexhaustgaswithhightemperatureanddustcanbetransportedbythefan,andtheworkingconditionsarepoor。Thesystemresistanceoftheengineeringboilerislargerthanthatofcoaldustfurnace，andadoptstheelectricbagfilterafterthefurnace，atthesametime,consideringthecombinationofthesuperchargingfanwiththetailwetmethoddesulfurizationandthefan,thepressureofthefanishigh。Therefore,thisprojectisusedtoselect250%capacitysinglesuctiondoublesupportcentrifugalfan。Inordertoincreasetheregulationperformanceofthefan,thisprojectisusedtoadjustthedamperandhydrauliccoupling.7、启动床料系统在锅炉首次启动、放空全部或部分床料检修后再次启动、正常运行时，需要向炉膛内加入或补充床料；在启动过程中，投入煤前，为了弥补床料损失，也需加入启动床料，维持料位的稳定。本工程采用固定机械式+气力输送加床料系统。在锅炉旁设置床料斗，用斗提机将床料送至料斗，然后通过仓泵将床料送至回料器；7、ThestartingsystemofbedmaterialWhentheboilerstartsup,emptiesallorpartofthebedmaterialtostartagain,andnormaloperation,itneedstoaddthebedmaterialtothefurnace,Inthestart-upprocess,beforethecoalputinto,inordertocompensateforthelossofthebedmaterial,italsoneedstobeaddedtothebedmaterialtomaintainthestabilityofthefeedingposition。Theprojectadopts
