上海豪顺酒店空调工程设计

摘要

本设计所处地点为上海，主要是酒店的空调工程设计。该建筑内主要设有大中餐厅、多功能会议厅、办公室、客房等功能间。本建筑总面积为23040?，共十层，地下一层为机房，一层为效劳大厅、餐厅等，二层主要为多功能会议厅、会议室，三层主要为办公室，四--九层为住宿区。

本建筑总冷负荷为519.55KW，总热负荷为386.15KW，总新风冷负荷为155.91KW,总新风热负荷为223.31KW。建筑冷指标为:25.06W/?;热指标为:18.62W/?。其中冷负荷最大值出现在下午5点。

本建筑风系统:餐厅、会议厅房间面积较大、人员较多采用全空气系统;豪华标间、普通标间、办公室等面积较小，采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。

本建筑水系统:本建筑无需同时供热和供冷，且功能区多，人员负荷不稳定，故采用两管制一次泵变流量水系统;为使环路易于平衡，采用垂直同程水平异程的供水方式。

本建筑冷热源:上海市地处长江入海口、太湖流域东缘，境内河湖众多，水网密布，境内水域面积697平方公里。上海河网大多属黄浦江水系，主要有黄浦江及其支流苏州河、川扬河、淀浦河等。而本酒店处于上海郊区，水源资源丰富,采用地下水水源热泵系统作为冷热源对建筑进行夏季供冷冬季供热。
