防水预制板胎模在大体积混凝土筏板基础

摘要：基于西咸新区北营学校大体积混凝土筏板基础侧面防水胎模施工，分析了传统砖胎模施工方法的不足，提出了

定尺化生产、装配化施工、免大面抹灰的预制板胎模施工技术。利用Midas软件对预制板胎模在肥槽回填土压力及大体

积混凝土浇筑侧压力两种工况下进行有限元建模计算，经过理论计算和工程实践发现，预制板胎模等效应力和侧向变

形计算均满足要求，采用这种方法能够大大提高传统砖胎模施工效率并产生良好的经济效益。

Abstract:BasedontheconstructionofsidewaterproofformworkofmassconcreteraftfoundationofBeiyingSchoolin

XixianNewArea,theshortcomingsoftraditionalbrickformworkconstructionmethodareanalyzed,andtheconstruction

technologyofprefabricatedslabformworkisputforward,whichischaracterizedbyfixed-sizeproduction,prefabricated

constructionandavoidinglargesurfaceplastering.ByusingMidassoftware,thefiniteelementmodelingcalculation

ofprecastslabtiremoldiscarriedoutunderthetwoworkingconditionsoffertilizergroovebackfillsoilpressureand

lateralpressureofmassconcretepouring.Throughtheoreticalcalculationandengineeringpractice,itisfoundthatthe

equivalentstressandlateraldeformationcalculationofprecastslabformworkmeettherequirements.Thismethodcan

greatlyimprovetheconstructionefficiencyoftraditionalbrickformworkandproducegoodeconomicbenefits.
