多水房间预制装配式反坎施工技术

摘要：传统的多水房间反坎常采用二次浇筑的施工工艺，但这种施工工艺存在一定不足，往往导致诸多质量问题。经

研究，创新提出预制混凝土反坎分块组拼，并通过施工过程三维模拟、预埋钢筋及研发定位器等措施，在提高工程质

量的同时，实现混凝土梁、板一次现浇。该施工工艺保证了反坎与主体结构的整体性，提高了结构的防水性及抗渗性

能，施工方便快捷，可为多水房间的施工提供参考。

Abstract:Thetraditionalconstructionprocessofsecondarypouringisoftenusedfortheconstructionofreversedsillof

roomwithhighlevelsofwatervaporandhumidity,butthisconstructionprocesshascertaindeficienciesandoftenleads

tomanyqualityproblems.Throughresearch,theinnovativeproposalofprefabricatedconcreteanti-slopeblockassembly

isproposed,andthroughthemeasuresof3Dsimulationoftheconstructionprocess,embeddedsteelbarsandresearch

anddevelopmentoflocators,theconcretebeamsandslabscanbecastinplaceatonetimewhileimprovingthequality

oftheproject.Thisconstructionprocessensurestheintegrityofthereversedsillandthemainstructure,improvesthe

waterproofandimpermeabilityperformanceofthestructure,andisconvenientandfastforconstruction.Itcanprovide

referencefortheconstructionofroomwithhighlevelsofwatervaporandhumidity.
