摘要

当前，全球钢铁行业面临着多重挑战。一方面，全球经济增长缓慢，全球钢铁产能过剩，导致市场供应过剩，价格下跌。另一方面，环保压力加大，对于钢铁行业的生产和排放标准提出更高的要求，这也对钢铁行业的生产和经营带来了压力。在中国，随着国家政策的推进，中国钢铁产能过剩问题得到了一定的缓解。但是，中国钢铁行业的产能仍然过剩，面临着市场竞争激烈和环保压力大的双重挑战。为了应对这些挑战，中国钢铁行业仍需要不断加强技术创新，推动产业转型升级，实现绿色发展。因此，本文以宝山钢铁股份有限公司盈利能力分析为题，通过对宝山钢铁股份有限公司盈利能力分析，找出了宝山钢铁股份有限公司盈利能力存在的问题，以及针对这些问题的改进措施。

Abstract

Currently,theglobalsteelindustryisfacingmultiplechallenges.Ontheonehand,globaleconomicgrowthisslow,andglobalsteelproductioncapacityissurplus,leadingtooversupplyinthemarketandfallingprices.Ontheotherhand,increasingenvironmentalpressurehasplacedhigherrequirementsontheproductionandemissionstandardsofthesteelindustry,whichhasalsobroughtpressureontheproductionandoperationofthesteelindustry.InChina,withtheadvancementofnationalpolicies,theproblemofChinassteelovercapacityhasbeenalleviatedtosomeextent.However,Chinassteelindustrystillhasovercapacity,facingdualchallengesoffiercemarketcompetitionandenvironmentalpressure.Toaddressthesechallenges,Chinassteelindustrystillneedstocontinuouslystrengthentechnologicalinnovation,promoteindustrialtransformationandupgrading,andachievegreendevelopment.Therefore,thisarticletakestheprofitabilityanalysisofBaoshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.asthetopic,andthroughtheprofitabilityanalysisofBaoshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.,findsouttheexistingproblemsintheprofitabilityofBaoshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.,aswellasimprovementmeasurestoaddresstheseproblems.
