Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomyduetothereformandopeningup,allindustriesinourcountryaredevelopingrapidlywiththereplacementofnewandoldenterprises.Thepressureofindustrycompetitionisverygreat,whichleadstotheenterprisestoreducethecostofenterpriseswhileensuringtheoutputandqualityofproducts.Toestablishasetofcostmanagementandcostcontrolsystem,andtosolvetheproblemofhowtoreducethecostandexpensesthatexceedtheindustrylevelintheprocessofproductionandoperation,isthewayforanenterprisetooperateforalongtime.Asweallknow,enterpriseprofit=mainbusinessincome-totaloperatingcost.Whentheincomeisfixed,thedecreaseofcostcanincreasetheenterpriseprofit,otherwise,theenterpriseprofitislower.Inthispaper,HaierGroup,atypicalmanufacturingindustry,istakenastheresearchobject.Throughthecollectionofliterature,thelatestdataandreports,andthecomparisonofMeidiandGree,whicharethecompetitorsofhomeappliancemanufacturingindustry,thedisadvantagesofHaierGroupinreducingcostsareanalyzed,thechangesmadebyHaierGroupinreducingenterprisecostsaresummarized,andtheeffectivewaysforenterprisestoreducecostsaresummarized.
