中药千金苇茎汤对老年慢阻肺的治疗价值

【摘要】目的：分析老年慢阻肺行千金苇茎汤治疗的效果。方法：以慢阻肺患者为对象纳入102例，均同意在51的样本量下抽签，结果为常态组、中药组，前者行西药治疗，后者行千金苇茎汤治疗，样本在2020年8月至2021年8月入院，检测肺功能、血气指标，统计有效率。结果：用药后经两个维度评估患者的肺功能，所得到的用力肺活量以及各患者的呼气峰值流量等有差异，在中药组比常态组高（P0.05）。用药后经两个维度评估患者的血气指标，所得到的氧分压以及各患者的二氧化碳分压等有差异，氧分压在中药组高，二氧化碳分压在中药组低（P0.05）。慢阻肺治疗有效率在中药组（96.08%）比常态组（80.39%）高（P0.05）。结论：千金苇茎汤可推广，能改善肺功能，恢复机体代谢，提升慢阻肺治疗有效率。
