一、课程简介
工程导论是信息与计算科学专业的一门重要的必修课，其主要任务是通过本课程对信息与计算科学专业的发展前景与就业去向及人才培养方案的详细介绍，使学生全面地了解信息与计算科学专业，帮助学生进行正确的职业发展规划，并使学生树立明确的学习目标、掌握正确的学习方法、增强学好专业知识的信心。
IntroductiontoEngineeringisanimportantcompulsorycoursefortheInformationandComputationalSciencemajorintheDepartmentofMathematics.Itsmaintaskistoprovideadetailedintroductiontothedevelopmentprospects,employmentprospects,andtalenttrainingprogramsoftheInformationandComputationalSciencemajorthroughthiscourse,sothatstudentscancomprehensivelyunderstandtheInformationandComputationalSciencemajor,helpthemmakecorrectcareerdevelopmentplans,andestablishclearlearninggoals,mastercorrectlearningmethods,andenhancetheirconfidenceinlearningprofessionalknowledge.
二、课程目标
1．厚植爱国主义情怀，加强品德修养。通过介绍国内外科学家的事迹，让学生感受科学家们严谨的科学态度，激发学生的学习热情、专业自豪感，培养学生的爱国热情、科技强国的使命感和社会主义核心价值观。
2．了解信息与计算科学专业课程体系、主干课程与能力要求、专业就业岗位与综合素质要求、第二课堂学分修读要求、学籍管理条例、毕业要求与学士学位授予要求、创新创业教育内涵。
3．全面了解信息与计算科学专业方向，提升学生的专业认同感，激发学生学习本专业的积极性。
