尝试从莱茵河水环境治理的成功经验，探索其对湘江流域水环境治理的积极启示，希望为湘江流域水环境的有效治理起到抛

砖引玉的作用。

Abstract:WiththedevelopmentofHunan’ssocialeconomyandtheacceleratingprocessofurbanizationandindustrialization,

theproblemofwaterpollutioninXiangjiangRiverBasinhasbecomeanimportantproblemrestrictingthesustainabledevelopment

ofHunan’ssocialeconomy,whichneedstobesolvedfromthesource.Amongthemanywell-knowninternationalriversintheworld,

theRhineRiverBasinisthemostdevelopedbasininindustryandshipping.Ithascreatedgreatmaterialwealth,butithasalsocaused

greatpollutionharm.Afterefficienttreatment,thewaterqualityoftheRhineRiverBasinhasbeengraduallyrestored,andagoodeffect

ofwaterenvironmenttreatmenthasbeenachieved.Thispaperattemptstoexploreitspositiveenlightenmenttothewaterenvironment

managementofXiangjiangRiverBasinfromthesuccessfulexperienceofRhineRiverenvironmentmanagement,hopingtoplayarole

inattractingjadefortheeffectivemanagementofwaterenvironmentofXiangjiangRiverBasin.
