mediums,meettheneedsofLegalTranslationTalentcultivation?Underthe
mainstreamresearchperspectiveofCompetence-basedTraining,whatcompetences

Thisstudyutilizesacombinationofquantitativeandqualitativeresearchto
refinethecomponentsofeachcompetenceandconstructacomponentstructureof
declarative,procedural,andconditionalknowledgeusingtheexistingLegal
TranslationCompetenceModelanddiscussionsofknowledgeandcompetencesin
CognitivePsychology.Thisresearchregardsmanuals,primers,andmonographsthat
areavailableascoursematerialsinacollegeeducationsetting.Inthisstudy,eligible
LegalTranslationTextbookspublishedinthepastdecadeweresearchedandcollected
inprintordigitalform,andthepreface,chapters,sections,andtextexamplesofeach
textbookwereanalyzedandratedona4-pointscale.TheresearchindicatesthatLegal
TranslationTextbookspublishedinthepastdecadehavethehighestcoverageof
StrategicandTextualCompetence,followedbyCulturalCompetence,andthelowest
coverageofProfessionalandInstrumentalCompetence.Therefore,futureLegal
