以“大医健康行”为核心的远程管理模式对高血压患者的干预效果评价

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheinterventioneffectofremotehypertensionhealthmanagementmodewith“DayiJiankangxing”asthecoreonhypertensionpatients.MethodsPatientswithprimaryhypertensionwhoweretreatedintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofBaotouMedicalCollegefromJanuary2023toJanuary2024weredividedintocontrolgroupandinterventiongroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod，with101casesineachgroup.Thepatientsincontrolgroupweremanagedwithtraditionalhypertensionmanagement，whilethepatientsininterventiongroupweremanagedwitharemotehypertensionmodecenteredon“DayiJiankangxing”.After6monthsofmanagement，thebloodpressurecompliancerate，qualityoflifeandmedicationcomplianceoftwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfter6months，thebloodpressurecompliancerateofinterventiongroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofcontrolgroup（60.4%vs.40.6%，χ2=7.922，P=0.005）.Themedicationcomplianceofpatientsininterventiongroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroup（χ2=7.371，P=0.025）.Thescoresofphysiologicalfunction，generalhealthstatus，energy，socialfunction，emotionalfunctionandmentalhealthofpatientsininterventiongroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseincontrolgroup（Plt;0.05）.ConclusionTheremotehypertensionhealthmanagementmodewith“DayiJiankangxing”asthecoreishelpfulforhypertensionpatientstocontrolbloodpressure，improvemedicationcomplianceandimprovequalityoflife.
