[Abstract]?Objective?To?explore?the?clinical?effect?of?the?rehabilitation?plan?of?rehabilitation?bed?combined?with?neuromyoelectric?stimulation?in?the?rehabilitation?of?patients?with?sepsis?acute?lung?injury.?Methods?A?total?of?79?patients?with?sepsis?and?acute?lung?injury?admitted?to?the?intensive?care?unit?（ICU）?of?the?First?Affiliated?Hospital?of?Nanchang?University?from?June?2020?to?January?2022?were?selected?as?the?study?subjects.?The?patients?were?divided?into?the?trial?group?（n=43）?and?the?control?group?（n=36）?using?a?digital?randomization?table?method.?The?control?group?was?given?routine?rehabilitation?treatment?intervention，?while?the?trial?group?was?increased?in?the?use?of?rehabilitation?beds?and?neuromyoelectric?stimulation?to?compare?the?rehabilitation?effects?of?the?two?groups.?Results?The?time?of?noninvasive?mechanical?ventilation，?ICU?stay?and?hospitalization?in?the?trial?group?were?shorter?than?those?in?the?control?group?（P0.05）.?The?medical?research?council?scores?of?patients?in?the?trial?group?were?higher?than?those?in?the?control?group?on?the?20th?and?30th?day?after?intervention?（P0.05）.?The?modified?Barthel?index?score?of?patients?in?the?triall?group?was?higher?than?that?in?the?control?group?30?days?after?intervention?（P0.05）.?Conclusion?Rehabilitation?bed?combined?with?neuromuscular?electrical?stimulation?can?effectively?shorten?the?rehabilitation?process?of?patients?with?septic?acute?lung?injury?and?improve?the?rehabilitation?effect.
