生长调节剂和基质对东南山茶扦插生根的影响

摘要：比较东南山茶Camelliaedithae枝条在NAA、IBA以及ABT-1号生根粉等生长调节剂处理下的扦插生根

情况。结果表明，东南山茶插条以质量浓度500mg·L-1

NAA处理20min处理生根率达93.33%，黄泥土和河沙按

3∶1混合作基质较为合适。

关键词：东南山茶；扦插；生根
