多层工业建筑无障碍标准研究

[摘要]我国残疾人就业的多层工业建筑无障碍需求强烈。全世界这方面的标准与实践都是空白。上世纪80年代起，

我国开始大量安置残疾人就业。纺织、印刷、电子、轻工业等都有残疾人集中就业，这些企业的原材料和产品很多

是可燃物，易发生群死群伤的重大安全事故，多层工业建筑的无障碍标准成为新的紧迫课题。中国肢残人协会及时

提出了多层工业建筑无障碍指南研究项目。著者作为该项目主要研究人员，从2012年起历时6年，进行了标准指南

的研究与厂房建设，取得了圆满的结果。

Standardsandpracticesinthisareaareblankworldwidely.Sincethe1980s,Chinahasbeguntoemployalargenumberof

disabledpeopleintextiles,printing,electronics,lightindustry,etc.Manyoftherawmaterialsandproductsoftheseenterprises

arecombustiblematerials,whicharepronetomajorsafetyaccidentsinvolvingmasscasualtiesandinjuries.Theaccessibility

standardsofmulti-storyindustrialbuildingshavebecomeanewandurgentissue.TheChinaAssociationforthePhysically

DisabledPeoplehastimelyproposedaresearchprojectofMulti-storyIndustrialBuildingAccessibilityGuide.Asthemain

researcheroftheproject,theauthorhasbeenconductingresearchandplantconstructionoftheGuidefor6yearssince
