基于SWOT－AHP分析法的农村垃圾协同治理优化研究

以安吉县为例

摘要：安吉县作为“两山理论”发源地，多年来在生态保护与垃圾治理方面形成了独特模式。通过对安吉县农村垃圾

协同治理模式进行SWOT分析，选择12个指标并运用AHP法计算各指标权重和影响强度。结果表明，安吉县农村垃

圾协同治理偏向增长型战略，进一步从动员社会多方力量、把握扶持政策、借助科技手段等方面提出优化措施，帮助

安吉县在农村垃圾治理道路上行稳致远。

Abstract:UniqueecologicalprotectionandwastemanagementmodeshavebeenestablishedinAnjiCounty,theplacewhere

theeco-environmentalprotectionconceptof“Lucidwatersandlushmountainsareinvaluableassetswasofficiallyputforward.

SWOTanalysiswasperformedonthecoordinatedmanagementofruralwasteinAnjiCounty,and12indexeswereselectedand

theirweightsandinfluencesweremeasuredwiththeAHPmethod.Theresultsshowedthatagrowth-orientedstrategyispreferred

forthecoordinatedmanagementofruralwasteinAnjiCounty.ThishelpsAnjiCountymovesteadilyontheroadofruralwaste

managementbymobilizingallsectorsofthesocietyandmakingfulluseofsupportivepolicieswiththehelpofscienceand

technology,tooptimizethemanagementmeasuresindepth.
