供应室护理风险因素分析与防范对策研究

摘要：供应室护理工作于医院管理而言意义重大，可随着医院规模不断扩大，供应室在人员、管理及流程方面的问题慢慢显现，

衍生出不少风险。人员层面的风险主要有操作不规范、技术能力参差不齐等情况；管理方面的风险存在信息沟通不顺畅、职责划分

不清晰等问题；流程风险包含医疗物资管理不得当、清洁消毒工作落实不到位等状况。要降低这些风险，就得采取有效的改进办法，

如加强人员培训、完善管理制度、优化流程设计等都很有必要。对这些风险因素进行综合分析并给出对应的防范对策，能够进一步

提高供应室护理工作的质量与安全性，为医院的正常运转提供有力保障。

Abstract:Thenursingworkinthesupplyroomisofgreatsignificanceforhospitalmanagement.However,asthehospitalcontinuesto

expand,problemsinpersonnel,management,andprocessesinthesupplyroomgraduallyemerge,leadingtomanyrisks.Therisksatthe

personnellevelmainlyincludenon-standardoperationsanduneventechnicalabilities;Therearemanagementriskssuchaspoorinformation

communicationanduncleardivisionofresponsibilities;Processrisksincludeinadequatemanagementofmedicalsuppliesandinadequate

implementationofcleaninganddisinfectionwork.Toreducetheserisks,effectiveimprovementmeasuressuchasstrengtheningpersonnel

training,improvingmanagementsystems,andoptimizingprocessdesignarenecessary.Acomprehensiveanalysisoftheseriskfactorsand

correspondingpreventivemeasurescanfurtherimprovethequalityandsafetyofnursingworkinthesupplyroom,providingstrong

guaranteesforthenormaloperationofthehospital.
