染整产业在纺织行业中占据举足轻重的地位。随着纺织行业的全球化发展不

断深入，染整行业的国际交流和信息传播愈加频繁。因此，染整文本的翻译具有

重要的现实意义和实用价值。

ArtCloth：AGuidetoSurfaceDesignforFabric是由艺术布表面设计大师简·邓

纽沃尔德所著，被誉为染整行业纤维表面设计的“圣经”。该书阐述了如何使用

染料，去色剂和涂料来创造艺术布的过程，具有较强的实用性和操作性，属于实

操类说明书文本。该书的汉译能在一定程度上丰富国内当前染整知识库，促进国

内外染整行业的交流和发展。

本翻译实践报告以莱斯文本类型理论为指导，节选该书第3-4章内容，从词

汇、句法、篇章三个层面针对专有名词，祈使句和篇章的衔接与连贯等翻译难点
