高职院校现代产业学院建设改革路径研究

摘要：现代产业学院建设是推进产教融合的重要抓手，是社会对复合型人才需求增加背景下的必然趋
势。当前产业学院建设存在资金缺乏、人才培养模式缺乏实践性、发展定位模糊等问题。为提升高职院校
现代产业学院建设水平，提出相应的改革路径：把握产业需求，深化产教融合；以人才培养为核心，优化
学生实践环境；强化制度保障，多主体协同建设；推动专业群建设，打造良好共生环境。

Abstract:Theconstructionofmodernindustrialcollegesisanimportantstartingpointtopromotetheintegration
ofindustryandeducation,andisaninevitabletrendunderthebackgroundoftheincreasingdemandforcompound
talents.Atpresent,therearesomedifficultiesfacedbyindustrialcollege,suchaslackoffunds,lackofpracticalityof
talenttrainingmode,andvaguedevelopmentorientation.Inordertoimprovetheconstructionlevelofmodern
industrialcollegesinhighervocationalcolleges,thecorrespondingreformpathsareputforward,thatis,tograspthe
demandofindustryanddeepentheintegrationofindustryandeducation;tooptimizestudentspracticeenvironment
withtalenttrainingasthecore;tostrengthensystemguaranteeandpromotethecollaborativeconstructionamong
multi-subject;topromotetheconstructionofprofessionalgroupsandcreateagoodsymbioticenvironment.
