摘要暂目的构建护理学混合式教学质量多主体评价指标体系袁为评价护理学混合式教学质量提供工具方法通

过文献回顾和半结构化访谈拟订评价指标体系初稿2024年4月要5月袁应用德尔菲法对来自6个省份的21名专家

进行2轮函询袁确立护理学混合式教学质量多主体评价指标体系结果2轮函询专家的积极系数均为100%尧权威

系数为0.942袁全体指标肯德尔和谐协调系数分别为0.176尧0.216渊P均0.001冤最终构建的评价指标体系包括学生评

价尧督导评价尧同行评价及领导评价4项一级指标尧17项二级指标和74项三级指标结论构建的护理学混合式教学

质量多主体评价体系具有科学性和可靠性袁可作为护理学混合式教学质量的评价工具
