外部弱下拉电阻/设备需求

•NUC970I/O支持5V输入容差功能，在输入电路方面有特殊设计。

•有一个NMOS可在信号为5V时降低输入信号电压。为了避免输入缓冲器漏电，还增加了一个反馈PMOS，如下图所示。

•由于PMOS是弱反馈，如果外部下拉电阻大于反馈PMOS的电阻，则会有漏电流从PMOS流向外部下拉电阻。

•对于所有工艺角，找到安全的外部下拉电阻应小于160Kohm，此值在应用时需要考虑。如果系统

板或总线中的外部弱下拉电阻/设备连接到NUC970数字I/O引脚，则该电阻应小于160Kohm以获得

正确的低电平输入。

•例如GPIOPH0用于USB0_VBUS检测的应用电路，R60160Kohm是必需的。

valueisneedtobeenconsiderwhenapplication.Ifthere’sexternalweekpulldownresistor/device

istiedtotheNUC970digitalI/Opininsystemboardorbus,thatitshouldbesthan160Kohmto

getcorrectlowinputlevel.

•SuchastheapplicationCKTofGPIOPH0forUSB0_VBUSdetection,theR60160Kohmis

necessary.
