卷包车间全员改善积分评价应用平台的设计与应用

摘要：数字经济时代的新质生产力，以数字化、网络化、智能化的新技术为支撑，以科技创新为核心驱动力，

具有广泛的渗透性和融合性的生产力形态。为扎实落实工厂新人才管理方针，满足数字化的要求，采用帆软与数据库

结合的模式，快速开发一个能够满足积分填报、查询、管理的数字化应用平台，兼顾应用安全性与实用性。随着应用

的建设完成，成功替代了原来积分处理时复杂的人工填报与汇总工作，高效完成汇总呈现及积分排行，并留存了相关

数据并标准化，为后续的人才画像工作打下良好的数据基础。

Abstract:Thenewqualityproductivityinthedigitaleconomyeraissupportedbynewtechnologiessuchasdigitization,

networking,andintelligence,withscientificandtechnologicalinnovationasthecoredrivingforce,andhasawiderangeof

penetrativeandintegrativeformsofproductivity.Inordertosolidlyimplementthenewtalentmanagementpolicyofthefactory

andmeettherequirementsofdigitization,adigitalapplicationplatformthatcanmeettheneedsofpointfilling,querying,and

managementisrapidlydevelopedusingacombinationmodeofFineReportanddatabase,balancingapplicationsecurityand

practicality.Withthecompletionoftheapplicationconstruction,ithassuccessfullyreplacedthecomplexmanualfillingand

summarizingworkintheoriginalpointprocessing,efficientlycompletedthesummarypresentationandpointranking,and

retainedre
