摘要肺癌患者的心肺功能减退与其生存率及生存质量密切相关。本共识由中国抗癌协会肿瘤整体评估专业委员会工作组基于

循证医学证据及专家经验制定，旨在规范肺癌患者心肺功能的整体评估。本共识明确了心肺功能整体评估的核心内容，强调评估

需贯穿肺癌全程，涵盖术前基线评估、术后早期监测、放射治疗和内科药物治疗期间动态跟踪与长期随访，为肺癌患者心肺功能整

体评估提供了标准化参考，有助于提升治疗耐受性、优化治疗效果及改善长期预后。

AbstractDecreasedcardiopulmonaryfunctioninlungcancerpatientssignificantlynegativelyimpactssurvivalandqualityoflife.Thecon-

sensuspresentedhereinwasdevelopedbyaworkinggroupoftheCancerAssessmentSocietyofChinaAnti-CancerAssociation.Itisbuilton

evidence-basedmedicineandexpertexperience,andaimstostandardizethecomprehensiveassessmentofcardiopulmonaryfunctioninpa-

tientswithlungcancer.Thisconsensusdefinesthecorecomponentsofcomprehensivecardiopulmonaryfunctionassessment,emphasizing

thatassessmentshouldbeanintegralpartofallstagesoflungcancermanagement.Corecomponentsincludepreoperativebaselineassess-

ment,earlypostoperativemonitoring,dynamictrackingduringradiotherapy,systemicmedicaltherapy,andlong-termfollow-up.Thiscon-
