经腋窝入路单孔充气法腔镜下切除术治疗

乳腺良性肿瘤的可行性与临床效果分析

摘要目的探讨分析乳腺良性肿瘤治疗中采用经腋窝入路单孔充气腔镜下切除术的临床效果。方法回顾性分

析2021年1月至2023年12月医院收治的20例乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床资料，入院后均行经腋窝入路单孔充

气腔镜下切除术治疗，分析手术情况和临床效果。结果20例患者均完成手术，共切除肿瘤47枚，平均每例患者

切除（2.0士1.1)枚肿瘤；单侧乳房的平均手术时间为（66.5土3.1）min，双侧乳房的平均手术时间为（110.7士

6.8)min。内侧象限的单个肿瘤切除平均用时短于外侧象限，P0.05；肿瘤直径5.0cm患者单个肿瘤的切除

时间短于肿瘤直径5.0cm的患者，P0.05。患者术后均未出现感染、出血等并发症。术后随访3个月，均无

复发情况。20例患者均对手术效果满意，治疗满意度为100%。结论经腋窝入路单孔充气腔镜下切除术对乳腺

良性肿瘤的治疗效果理想，不但能完整切除肿瘤病灶，还具有较高的安全性和美观性。
