人工智能促进新质生产力发展的

逻辑理路与实践路径

摘要：在大数据、云计算等核心技术的推动下，人工智能迎来前所未有的发展机遇，成为引领新一轮科技革命和

产业革命的战略性技术，为经济高质量发展注入了新动能，是加快培育和发展新质生产力的重要引擎。从微观层面来

看，人工智能通过推动企业在研发、生产、营销、管控方面变革创新，加速新质生产力形成。从中观层面来看，人工智能通

过赋能生产要素创新性配置、传统产业转型升级、战略性新兴产业与未来产业创新发展，以此构建现代化产业体系，打

通新质生产力发展路径。从宏观层面来看，人工智能通过推动国家治理数智化转型，拓宽新质生产力发展空间。于此，提

出构建人工智能产业研发体系，需要实现人工智能技术突破，打造人工智能产业应用场景，强化人工智能产业支撑合

力，以期抓住数字时代发展机遇，打破人工智能发展制约，加速新质生产力涌现。
