地铁停车场双层停车列检库结构分析-以广州

新城停车场为例

摘

要：

为解决地铁停车场场地条件受限问题，确保高峰期发车效率，保证段场内停车、检修等作业流程不受影响，根

据停车场选址总体布局及停车列检库的特点，对广州市首个地上地铁双层停车场的基础设计、主体结构受力、地面上

二层停车列检库坡道设计、楼板升降温工况作用下的应力等进行专项分析。结果表明：广州新城停车场采用了双层停车

列检库的倒装布置方案，在满足地铁运营需求及便捷性的前提下，结合停车场周边控制要素，优化平面布置，解决

了用地受限问题；同时，地上地铁双层停车场解决了停车列检线与出入场线顺接的问题，预留了全自动驾驶和上盖开

发的条件，满足了地铁高峰时段的收发车能力，为行车专业提供了每4分钟一列的发车频率。为高效集约利用土地，

后续对于类似周边限制因素较多的地块，若需进行段场总平方案设计，可优先考虑采用双层停车场的设计方案。
