这是一份您（对于个人购买者指个人客户，对于网络购买者指教育机构及其授

权用户）与剑桥大学出版社（“许可方”）之间的法律协议，涉及

1.有限许可

(a)您仅购买了使用该DVD‑ROM的权利，并未获得任何明示或暗示的权利，

除非在本有限许可中授予的非营利教育用途权利。

(b)许可方授予您在您的场所使用此DVD‑ROM的一个副本的许可，并且（i）

如果您购买的是单用户许可，则可以在一台计算机上安装和使用该

DVD‑ROM上的软件；或者（ii）如果您购买的是站点许可，则可以同时在多

台计算机上安装和使用该软件。您不得将该软件安装在一个安全的网络服务器

上供一个场所访问，也不得通过MSI安装程序在网络中部署该软件。

(c)您不得：(i)复制或授权复制DVD‑ROM，(ii)翻译DVD‑ROM，

(iii)反向工程、修改、改编、拆卸或反编译DVD‑ROM，(iv)转让、出售、租

赁、牟利、分配或以其他方式转让DVD‑ROM的全部或任何部分，或

(v)从大型机系统操作DVD‑ROM，除非这些使用条款另有规定。

individualcustomerand,fornetworkpurchasers,meanstheEducationalInstitution

anditsauthorisedusers)andCambridgeUniversityPress(“theLicensor”)for

computerYouagreetothetermsofthislicense.

1.Limitedlicense

(a)YouarepurchasingonlytherighttousetheDVD-ROMandareacquiringno

rights,expressorimplied,toitorthesoftware(“Software”beingtheDVD-ROM

software,asinstalledonyourcomputerterminals),otherthanthoserightsgranted

inthislimitedlicensefornot-for-profiteducationaluseonly.

(b)TheLicensorgrantsYouthelicensetouseonecopyofthisDVD-ROMonyour

siteand(i)toinstallandusethesoftwareonthisDVD-ROMonasinglecomputerif

Youhavepurchasedasingle-userlicense,or(ii)toinstallandusetheSoftware

simultaneouslyonanumberofcomputersifYouhavepurchasedasitelicense.You

maynotinstallthesoftwareonthisDVD-ROMonasinglesecurenetworkserverfor

accessfromonesiteorinstallthesoftwareviaMSIinstallerfordeploymentacrossa

network.

(c)Youshallnot:(i)copyorauthorizecopyingoftheDVD-ROM,(ii)translatethe

DVDROM,

(iii)reverse-engineer,alter,adapt,disassemble
