人工智能时代中医诊疗模式的思考*

摘要：人工智能技术的飞速发展为中医诊疗模式的革新提供了机遇。借助人工智能技术，中医的四诊和辨证论治流程可能变

得更加高效和标准化，人工智能展现出某种取代中医师成为临床诊疗主体的潜在趋势。然而，中医临床中隐性知识的壁垒、

中医师的创新与应变能力是人工智能难以具备的，中医师作为临床诊疗的伦理主体更是具有不可替代性，这决定了在可以预

见的将来，中医师在临床诊疗中的主体地位仍难以被人工智能替代。在人工智能的浪潮中，应充分发挥中医师与人工智能各

自的优势，构建“人主机辅”的新型中医诊疗模式，让中医学在新时代下焕发新的活力。

Abstract：The

rapid

development

of

artificial

intelligence

(AI)

technology

offers

opportunities

for

the

innovation

of

Traditional

Chinese

Medicine

(TCM)

diagnosis

and

treatment

models.

With

the

aid

of

AI,

the

four

diagnostic

methods

and

syndrome

differentiation

and

treatment

processes

of

TCM

may

become

more

efficient

and

standardized.

AI

shows

a

potential

trend

to

replace

TCM

practitioners

as

the

dominant

role

of

clinical

diagnosis

and

treatment.

However,

the

implicit

knowledge

embedded

in

TCM,

as

well

as

the

physicians

capacity

for

innovation

and

adaptive

reasoning,

remain

difficult

for

AI

to

replicate.

As

the

ethical

subjects

of

clinical

diagnosis

and

treatment,

TCM

practitioners

are

irreplaceable.
