BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性4-Chloro-7-ethoxyquinoline(Compound9a)，喹啉衍⽣物，是⼀种抗癌剂。4-Chloro-7-ethoxyquinoline能

够抑制HCT-116、RKO、DLD1、HepG2、BGC-823、NCI-H1650和SK-OV-3细胞的增殖，其IC50值分别为

3.16、3.87、2.75、2.66、3.91、3.34和3.46μM[1]。
