循环箱国际物流协议

ThisContractisenteredintoonthis______dayof______,20__,byandbetween____________(Owner),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat____________and____________(User),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat____________(collectivelyreferredtoastheParties).

1.SubjectMatter:

ThisAgreementgovernstheprovision,use,maintenance,return,andrecyclingofreusable循环箱(hereinafterreferredtoasBoxes)ownedbyOwnerforusebyUserininternationallogisticsoperations.TheBoxesareidentifiedbymodel____________andspecifications____________.TheapproximatetotalnumberofBoxessubjecttothisAgreementis____________.

2.Term:

ThisAgreementshallcommenceon______,20__,andcontinueineffectforaperiodof____________unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement(theTerm).UponexpirationoftheTerm,thisAgreementmayberenewedforsuccessiveperiodsof____________uponmutualwrittenagreementoftheParties.

3.ProvisionandDelivery:

OwnershallprovidetheUserwiththeBoxes,inreasonablequantitiesasrequestedbyUserorasotherwiseagreedinwriting,atOwnersfacilityoranotherlocationdesignatedbyOwner,andtransportthemtotheUserslocationatUsersexpense,orasotherwisespecifiedinthisAgreement.Deliveryshallbemadeinaconditionsuitablefortheintendeduse.

4.UseandConditionofReceipt:

UsershallusetheBoxessolelyforthepurposeofinternationallogisticsasagreedandshallreceivetheBoxesingoodcondition.UsershallconductapreliminaryinspectionuponreceiptandshallpromptlynotifyOwnerinwritingofanyapparentdefectsornon-conformitieswiththeagreedspecifications.Theabsenceofobjectionwithinfifteen(15)daysofreceiptshallnotrelieveUserofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.

5.MaintenanceandRepair:

OwnershallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheBoxestoensurethey
