一种无水干式太阳能板清洁机器人的设计

摘要:设计了一种无水干式太阳能板清洁机器人,包括吸附装置、驱动装置和清洁装置。吸附装置是利用螺旋桨旋转将负压
腔内的空气排出,从而产生真空吸附在倾斜的光伏板上;通过电动机驱动4个麦克纳姆轮使小车能够在光伏板上向不同方向移动;
清洁装置由滚刷、底部环式抹布和集尘箱组成,滚刷进行初步清扫并将易清扫的灰尘消除,底部的抹布对太阳能板进行二次清洁。太
阳能板清洗机器人能够替代传统的人工清洁,从而实现对太阳能板的全自动清洁功能,且完全不消耗水资源,较大程度上降低了光伏电
站运维的成本。
