一种污泥干化焚烧处理设备的设计

摘要：污泥是污水处理后的主要副产品,其中含有大量的有害物质,若不经无害化处理便随意弃置，会对环境以及人体健

康造成极大的危害。污泥焚烧技术作为一种污泥无害化处理技术，是当前世界最主要的污泥热处理再利用方式，由于其具有效

率高、应用广且绿色环保等特点，使得污泥焚烧处理技术在国内外得到广泛应用。文中基于污泥干化焚烧技术设计了一种污泥处理

设备，介绍了该设备污泥干化工艺的选用和污泥焚烧后的烟气处理，重点对设计方案做了详细介绍并对该设备的内部构造和电气控制

做了简单描述。

Abstract:Sludgeisaby-productofsewagetreatment,whichcontainsalargenumberofharmfulsubstances.Ifitis

arbitrarilydiscardedwithoutharmlesstreatment,itwillcausegreatharmtotheenvironmentandhumanhealth.Asa

harmlesssludgetreatmenttechnology,sludgeincinerationtechnologyisthemostimportantsludgeheattreatmentand

utilizationmethodatpresent.Duetoitscharacteristicsofhighefficiency,wideapplicationandgreenenvironmental

protection,sludgeincinerationtechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedathomeandabroad.Thispaperdesignsasludge

treatmentequipmentbasedonsludgedryingandincinerationtechnology,mainlyintroducestheselectionofsludgedrying

processandfluegastreatmentaftersludgeincineration,andfocusesonthedetailedintroductionofthedesignschemeand

thesimpledescriptionoftheinternalstructureandelectricalcontroloftheequipment.
