右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉在胃癌根治术中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉在胃癌根治术中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年3月—2023年12月于平凉

市中医医院接受胃癌根治术的患者66例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组实施瑞芬太尼复合

丙泊酚全身麻醉，观察组在对照组基础上给予右美托咪定。比较两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组麻醉总优良率高于对照组

（P=0.023）。麻醉诱导前，两组心率、平均动脉压比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；气管插管时、切皮时、腹腔探查时、拔

管时，观察组心率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；气管插管时、气管插管1min后、切皮时、腹腔探查时、拔管时，观察组平均动脉压

低于对照组（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚乳状注射液用量更少（P＜0.001）。结论：

右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉在胃癌根治术中的应用效果显著，可稳定患者心率、平均动脉压，减少麻醉药用量。
