疼痛护理联合安宁疗护在晚期胃癌患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：探讨对于晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理联合安宁疗护的效果。方法：将92例晚期胃癌患者纳入研究，均为

2023年3月—2024年3月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治，以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=46，采取常规护理措

施）和观察组(n=46，在对照组基础上实施疼痛护理和安宁护理）。对比两组情绪状态、生活质量、睡眠质量、癌痛情况及护

理满意度。结果：护理后，两组焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量、癌痛评分降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.001）；两组生活质量评分

升高，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组（P=0.013）。结论：疼痛护理联合安宁疗护在减

轻晚期胃癌患者负面情绪和疼痛程度，提高睡眠质量、生活质量及对护理的满意度中的应用效果突出。

andobservationgroup(n=46,paincareandpalliativecareonthebasisofthecontrolgroup)byrandomnumbertablemethod.The

emotionalstate,qualityoflife,sleepquality,cancerpainandnursingsatisfactionofthetwogroupswerecompared.Result:After

nursing,anxiety,depression,sleepquality,andcancerpainscoresdecreasedinbothgroups,andtheobservationgroupwaslower

thanthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Thequalityoflifescoresoftwogroupsincreased,andtheobservationgroupwashigherthanthe

controlgroup(P0.001).Theoverallsatisfactionwithnursingcareintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup

(P=0.013).Conclusion:Paincarecombinedwithpalliativecarehasoutstandingapplicationeffectsinreducingnegativeemotions
