摘要：高层建筑项目因其结构复杂、荷载大，对地基稳定性要求极高。而岩土工程勘察作为高层建筑建设的关键环节，

涉及初步勘察、详细勘察及后期数据处理等，可对高层建筑地基稳定性产生直接影响。基于此，文章详细探讨了高层建筑

项目中岩土工程勘察的技术要点，包括初步勘察选址与地质评估、详细勘察钻探与原位测试、数据处理与特殊岩土条件下

的勘察方法，以期为高层建筑设计与施工提供重要依据。

Abstract：High-risebuildingprojectshaveextremelyhighrequirementsforfoundationstabilityduetotheircomplexstructuresand

largeloads.Asakeylinkintheconstructionofhigh-risebuildings，geotechnicalengineeringinvestigationinvolvespreliminary

investigation，detailedinvestigation，andlaterdataprocessing，whichcanhaveadirectimpactonthestabilityofhigh-risebuilding

foundations.Basedonthis，thearticleexploresindetailthetechnicalpointsofgeotechnicalengineeringinvestigationinhigh-rise

buildingprojects，includingpreliminarysiteselectionandgeologicalevaluation，detailedexplorationdrillingandin-situtesting，

dataprocessingandinvestigationmethodsunderspecialgeotechnicalconditions，inordertoprovideimportantbasisforhigh-rise

buildingdesignandconstruction.
