医疗机构开展儿童友好医院建设的政策解读

摘要：近年来，国家高度重视儿童健康事业，我国儿童健康水平持续提升，生育支持政策体系也在不断完善。然而在儿童看

病就医方面，群众仍面临诸多急难愁盼问题。为切实保障儿童健康权益，改善儿童就医体验，2024年12月国家卫生健康委等

6部门联合印发《关于开展儿童友好医院建设的意见》，全面推行就医空间友好、健康服务友好、工作机制友好和社会支持友

好。儿童友好医院建设不仅关乎儿童医疗卫生服务高质量发展，更是对儿童基本权利的有力保障。本文通过系统梳理相关文

献，以医疗机构为对象，对儿童友好医院建设的主要内容进行解读，希望能够为后续建设工作的指导和实施提供参考。

Abstract:In

recent

years,

the

state

has

attached

great

importance

on

children’s

health.

Their

health

condition

in

China

has

been

improving

steady,

and

the

childbirth

supporting

policy

system

has

also

been

constantly

refined.

However,

the

public

still

faces

many

urgent

and

difficult

problems

from

the

perspective

of

children’s

medical

care.

In

order

to

effectively

protect

children’s

health

rights

and

improve

their

medical

experience,

the

National

Health

Commission

and

five

other

departments

jointly

issued

the

OpinionsonCarrying

OuttheConstructionofChild-FriendlyHospitals

in

December

2024,

aiming

at

promoting

friendliness

in

medical

spaces,

health

services,

working

mechanisms

and

social

support

comprehensively.

The

construction

of

child-friendly

hospitals

is

not

only

associated

with

high-quality

development

of

children’s

health

services,

but

also

a

powerful

guarantee

for
