医疗器械采购管理面临的问题及解决策略

内容提要：文章针对行政事业单位医疗器械采购管理中存在的需求管理不规范、预算编制与资金管理存在缺陷、采购方

式选择与执行面临风险、设备验收及资产管理不够严格、使用维护监管存在不足等核心问题，充分结合检验

检测和科研设备的特殊性提出全流程优化策略。研究结果表明，规范化、智能化的采购管理模式不仅可显著

降低资源浪费，还能增强设备使用效能，进而有力地推动行政事业单位高质量发展。

Abstract:Thisarticleaddressesthecoreissuesexistingintheprocurementmanagementofmedicaldevicesinadministrativeinstitutionsandpublicinstitutions,such

asthelackofstandardizationindemandmanagement,deficienciesinbudgetpreparationandfundmanagement,risksintheselectionandexecutionof

procurementmethods,insufficientstrictnessinequipmentacceptanceandassetmanagement,anddeficienciesinthesupervisionofuseandmaintenance.It

fullycombinestheparticularityofinspectionandtestingequipmentandscientificresearchequipmenttoproposeafull-processoptimizationstrategy.The

researchresultsshowthatastandardizedandintelligentprocurementmanagementmodelcannotonlysignificantlyreduceresourcewastebutalsoenhancethe

efficiencyofequipmentuse,therebyeffectivelypromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofadministrativeinstitutionsandpublicinstitutions.
